Following a successful career in hospitality and staging industry events, Michael’s combined interests and skills in design, customer service and carpentry saw him pursue a joinery apprenticeship as a mature age student. After initially working for a high-end residential joinery firm in Sydney, where he rose to Production Manager, Michael relocated to the Central Coast to launch his own business.

Recognising the benefits of offering an end-to-end service, Michael established his own factory where he could manufacture the bespoke kitchens he designed to his exacting standards, and keep control over quality, timing and budgets. With an eye for design and with his high-end joinery skills, Michael and the growing team quickly built a reputation for delivering the “wow” factor for clients with clever layouts and fully integrated solutions, not just for kitchens but for all areas around the home.

To support continued growth, Taylor Made Solutions recently relocated to larger premises with increased manufacturing space and a dedicated showroom. The new headquarters allow us to expand our capacity to undertake individual home projects, as well as offer custom joinery solutions for larger multi-residence projects for builders, architects and developers. The new design showroom offers a welcoming space where clients can explore finishes, materials and hardware options with expert guidance from our in-house designer.

In addition to servicing our own clients, Taylor Made Solutions also supports other kitchen companies by acting as their manufacturing partner. We manufacture kitchens to supplied specifications, which our partners then install independently. This model allows our partners to supply high-quality joinery solutions without the need to invest in and maintain their own advanced manufacturing facilities.
